Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original packaging, including the shoe box, must be returned

United Kingdom Returns
UK returns are accepted. Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.

International Returns
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for return shipping costs. Any customs charges incurred on returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered subject to stock availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund will be issued once the return is received and approved.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Condition Checks
Items returned in worn, damaged, or incomplete condition may be refused or returned to the customer.

Dispatch
All orders are packed with care and dispatched once per working day.
Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and UK public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch

Orders to the European Union are shipped from the United Kingdom and are treated as international deliveries

Delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch

Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or handling charges set by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
