Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging, including the shoe box, must be returned
United Kingdom Returns
UK returns are accepted. Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.
International Returns
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for return shipping costs. Any customs charges incurred on returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered subject to stock availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund will be issued once the return is received and approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition Checks
Items returned in worn, damaged, or incomplete condition may be refused or returned to the customer.
